When you don't have a kitchen to cook in, it becomes a challenge what to make for dinner. This is what my latest trip to the store produced. Boy am I getting sick of processed foods. This is not to criticize or bash anyone who happens to like this stuff. Instant mashed potatoes? My grandmother is rolling over in her grave!
Hi Kate, I just caught up on the last few posts and I just love reading your blog!!! The time will pass before you know it and you'll be enjoying a new vintage kitchen full of your favorite collectibles and laugh at the days of instant mashed potatoes. The candy cane tutorial is great; I'm going to make them for that extra special touch on packages. I'd love to go to Hazel's shop sometimes too. Thanks so much for a fun day of thrifting.
